NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE

1) Phone Consultation & In-Home Visit

From the first moment you contact ASI, our team of professionals will begin considering your unique needs. Our first step is to set up an in-home assessment. This visit allows us to gather more information, answer questions and let you understand how ASI can support the formulation of a helpful and pleasant in-home care experience.

2) Developing Your Personal Care Plan

Following the initial visit, we take multiple factors into consideration including physical, social, cultural, and other household needs, to create a tailored Personalized Care Plan.
 

Your Personalized Care Plan consists of any personal needs (e.g. bathing, grooming, oral hygiene etc.), home care needs (cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.) and companionship needs (escort to doctor, shopping, etc.). We then arrange a follow-up meeting with you to go over the plan line by line and modify it as you see fit.

3) Caregiver Match

We use the Personalized Care Plan to match you with one of our highly trained and compassionate caregivers.

 

Our matching process takes into account many factors - personalities, personal preferences (likes and dislikes), primary language, skill requirements, or certifications. We want to ensure you or your loved one feel secure with your matched caregiver. If there are ever any concerns about a specific caregiver we can discreetly change caregiver upon request.

4) Supervision

With ASI you can count on a continuous, high quality care experience. While our caregivers are some of the best trained in the industry. To ensure satisfaction, ASI supervisors make regular announced and unannounced visits to the home to ensure your highest level of satisfaction.
