Since 1975 ASI has been a non-profit community-based organization. Our mission is to provide quality, supportive, home care services to post-acute patients, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities throughout the metropolitan Chicago.

Every donation we receive enhances our ability to train caregivers and to deliver a high-quality service to our clients. The most direct way to offer your support of our mission is a donation. Many people find great satisfaction in making a gift in honor of a friend or loved one. A special occasion gift is also a great way to let someone know that you are thinking of them during the holidays or other occasions.

Listed below are other ways to show your compassion for a wonderful cause:

A memorial gift is given in memory of a loved one. Families may specify memorials to ASI in lieu of flowers in funeral notices. You can also make an annual memorial contribution in memory of a loved one or to commemorate a special occasion.

In honor gifts are a thoughtful way to observe someone’s birthday, anniversary of special occasion.

Gifts through wills or living trusts can be a particular item, dollar amount, or a residual percentage of your estate.

You can name ASI as the primary or secondary beneficiary of a life insurance policy.  The tax savings may offer a significant benefit.

Some people may want to support our mission by donating their time. On occasion we need volunteers in various capacities to help with an event or outreach effort. All volunteers undergo training enabling them to work effectively with the organization while having a positive and rewarding experience.  Anyone interested in volunteering should call 773-278-5130.

Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to ASI.
