ASI makes every effort to protect the rights of our employees, as we are highly vested in their safety and success as caregiver.

ASI caregivers have the right to:

Be in an enviroment free of discrimination

A workplace free of harassment including physical, verbal or sexual abuse by clients, their families and/or employer

Be treated with dignity and respect

Respect to privacy

Confidentiality of your work record, except when release of information is required by court order

Receive regular supervision and support from management

Expect continued training and information regarding client care

Ask questions regarding client care and agency policies answered in a timely manner

Make suggestions and complaints within designated channels without fear of retaliation

Be informed of ASI's grievance procedure
