  • The Division of Rehabilitation Services is an excellent resource for those with severe disabilities seeking government funds to cover home care expenses.  We encourage you to contact ASI directly at 773.278.5130 to discuss how you can take advantage of DRS funding

INSURANCE

  • Long-term care (LTC) insurance accepted

  • ​Employer-sponsored HMO and PPO plans accepted

  • Workers' compensation insurance accepted

  • Catastrophic auto insurance accepted

  • We encourage you to contact ASI directly at 773.278.5130 to discuss whether or not your insurance will cover services rendered by ASI caregivers

SELF-PAY

  • Highly customized care plans to fit any budget

  • Employer-sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Employee-sponsored caregiving stipends, such as "Back-Up Care" programs for employees who are adult caregivers and travel for work

  • Provides access to all Private Care services

SENIOR HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM (SHIP)

VETERAN ASSISTANCE

Veterans and their family members may be eligible for in-home care services, in whole or in part, through programs and other benefits available through the Veterans Administration.
