Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)

Be able to lift moderate weight

Be able to climb stairs and access all types of client homes including houses, apartments, high mobile homes and work spaces that may include rises, small confined rooms to large spaces on different levels

Have enough range of motion for frequent bending and stretching

Be able to rotate and position bed-bound clients

Provide routine house cleaning and be and stand 90% of the time

Prepare meals

Laundry

Escort client to doctor’s office, grocery store, and complete other essential errands

Assist client with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)

Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition
